Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Please review our return policy, faq, and any applicable sizing guide on each listing before making a purchase. Fluff & Fetch is not able to accept returns at this time, due to each item being handmade just for your pup. We take pride in hand-making you high quality products with close attention to detail. However, in the unlikelihood that your product is damaged upon arrival, please email us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will do our best to make things right for you, to ensure your happiness!

For an item to be eligible for an exchange due to damage, it must be unworn and unwashed. The damaged item must be mailed back within 14 days and the post-mark must indicate this from the original delivery date. Once we receive the item within 14 days, we will inspect for signs of wear or use. If the item is deemed eligible for an exchange, we will issue you a store credit/offer an exchange.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for all orders and/or exchanges.

Please note: when shipping your item back to us for an exchange, we highly recommend getting a tracking service on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Due to the nature of our fast selling products, we may not have the same product in stock to exchange your original item with. If this is the case, we will be happy to offer store credit for you to select another item. Store credit expires within a year of receiving it.
